PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was a labour of love for eccentric architect, Jeremy Williams, who was acting on behalf of the owner, renowned property developer Johnie Rohnan, located on Leeson Park in Dublin 4.
Our remit was simply to replace the missing and damaged areas of cornice and restore all the mouldwork, faded by years of paint and grime to its former glory. As we removed layer after layer of paint from the mould work it was amazing to see the level of detail that emerged from under the build up of paint and dirt that had smudged this cornice and particularly the ceiling roses over the course of decades.
