PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This beautiful old building had been sub divided into offices some years earlier. A multi-national company opening an office in Dublin, gave the go ahead to restore the cornice on the ground floor. As you can see from the images the hallway was in a particularly bad state but time and patience can rectify all that.
Our job was to restore the lime mortar ceilings and cornice to their original condition. The timescale was very tight and we had to work some nights and weekends to get the job finished.
